Sunday, June 6th after 12 (noon) or Monday morning June 7th. You will be located in the Academic Center building with the a majority of the conference sessions. Please plan to set up your booth accordingly. Please see conference schedule for more information.
Yes, the schedule allows for the conference attendees to visit the exhibits. There is also dedicated time to do this (see conference schedule). We also offer a time for exhibitors to showcase their products. You will be able to sign up to present during our designated session times for the conference attendees (see conference schedule). The cost will be $500 to present in addition to your conference fee. Please indicate this on your registration form. Contact krista@naccap.org for more information. Space is limited.
Housing, on campus meals, booth space, parking and on campus activities are included in the registration fee. We encourage you to get involved with all aspects of the conference. Although on campus housing is included, there are off campus accommodations available. All costs for off campus accommodations come at the expense of the exhibitor.
No. You will not be in an exhibit hall. You will be located in Academic Center in the hallways on the various floors. It is the building all the sessions will be in to provide you maximum exposure to the conference participants.
You will be provided a table (6 foot or 8 foot table) and 2 chairs. (If you require something more, please contact krista@naccap.org)
Yes. (please denote that on your registration form)
You will be located in the hallways of the Academic Center. The area will be tight and not a lot of room for large displays. Bethel has suggested that you simplify your display since the table will need to stay up against the wall due to fire codes. All display materials must fit on your table and you will be able to stand on the side or the front of them. We want to maximize your exposure to the conference attendees and felt that being in Academic Center provided that opportunity compared to anywhere else on campus.
Due to the height of the hallway, you will not be able to hang signs above your exhibit booth.
You can ship items to the following address:
Bethel College
Attn: Redgina Hill
Office of Admissions
1001 Bethel Circle
Mishawaka, IN 46545
If you have any questions about shipping materials, please contact Redgina Hill
or call 1-800-422-4101.
If an Exhibitor wishes to purchase the contact name for the schools attending the conference the cost will be $500. Please contact Krista Meckling at krista@naccap.org for that list. The list will be made available after May 5, 2010.
The conference ends on Wednesday, June 9, but you may dismantle your booth whenever it is convenient.
Online registration is available. Please indicate that you are an exhibitor.
Please Contact Krista Meckling, Coordinator for Membership Services and Communication, NACCAP at krista@naccap.org or call 1-888-423-2477.
Please visit the Exhibitor Information page and click on the Sponsors tab at the top of the page for this information.
Although 35% of our conference attendees are Chief Enrollment Officers (CEO's), please note that many CEO's have the admissions staff talk to the vendors to get ideas for their institutions and will discuss it with their CEO's after the conference. Also, many Associate and Assistant Directors and High School Guidance Counselors have decision making capabilities in their offices.
Please visit the Registration Page for this information.
Although your housing is provided on campus, if you choose to stay off campus for the conference there will not be a price difference (or discount) for staying off campus. Please check out our visitor guide.
All sessions have been decided for the 2010 conference. Thank you for your interest.
As part of your conference fee, towels, a washcloth, sheets, a blanket, and a pillow will be provided.
