Bethel is located in beautiful Mishawaka, in northern Indiana. We are easily accessible from the South Bend Regional Airport, Interstate 80/90, US 6, US 20, US 31 and State Roads 2, 4, 23, 104, 331 and 933. You can find directions to campus at www.BethelCollege.edu/visit.
We will be offering a limited shuttle service from the South Bend Regional Airport. Coach USA does provide bus service from both Chicago airports to the South Bend Regional Airport (www.busville.com).
The cost includes housing, linens, seven on-campus meals, one NACCAP banquet ticket, all sessions, any on-campus events, and a keepsake conference notebook.
Yes. Housing will be available before and after the conference at the rate of $45/person per night. Meals may be available on a pay as you go basis.

Check in will be held in the Everest-Rohrer Fine Arts Center and is on Sunday, June 6 from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Early arrivals can check in at the Everest-Rohrer Fine Arts Center on Saturday, June 5 from 1:00-7:00 p.m. There will be signs around campus directing you to the check-in area. Any other early arrivals should contact Erica Guevara Erica.Guevara@BethelCollege.edu about check-in information.
No, a parking pass is not needed for the general parking area. Please respect the posted Reserved, Handicapped, Service Vehicle, and marked Staff parking spaces.

All the rooms used for NACCAP 2010 will be suite or apartment style.
As part of your conference fee, towels, a washcloth, sheets, a blanket, and a pillow will be provided.
Yes. There will be an additional $100 fee for a single room. Note: Single rooms may still be sharing a bathroom.

Each residence hall has laundry facilities. There is no charge to use them. Detergent is not available on campus but can be purchased at the grocery store across the street.
Yes. We do have wireless all over campus. Your conference notebook will have instructions on how to access the network.
Definitely! We know you can’t stay away from work for too long! There will be a computer lab available throughout the conference.
Attire for the conference is business casual. With so many interpretations of this, know that there will be people in jeans, shorts, khakis, skirts, etc. Whatever the summer dress is in your office will be fine. We want you to come, feel comfortable and enjoy!
Yes. We will have both of these available for you to participate in. Keep in mind that the College Football Hall of Fame will have a small entry fee that is not covered by your conference registration.

We’re excited for you to join us for the NACCAP games this year! In honor of NACCAP’s 40th anniversary, we promise to include some of your favorite games from the past and a few of our own to start new traditions! Teams will be challenged to use their mental and physical strength and creativity in the competition. There will be something for everyone, so get involved!!
Club NACCAP is a fun filled time of laughter, song and memories. We are reprising the much loved tradition of the “variety show” so if you have a talent, please contact Tom Carpenter () at Bethel College (574.807.7357) to register for this event. We will also be showing some of our all time favorite videos. If you wish to submit a video to be shown during Club NACCAP, please send it to Bethel College. All videos must be submitted by May 1st in order to be considered.
Since we know you want to stay in shape for the 5K run and the NACCAP games, we have treadmills, bikes, elliptical, and much more available to you in the Goodman gymnasium and in the Great Room of Sailor Residence Hall. There is no charge, but please have your visitor ID with you at all times for access to these facilities.
Yes. A golf outing is planned for Tuesday, June 8 at 12:30 pm. Recently named to Golfweek’s Top 50 Best Municipal golf courses in the country, Blackthorn was listed as the #1 course in Indiana. The par 72, 7136-yard layout with four sets of tees offers a strategic test for golfers of all abilities. Blackthorn was designed by Dr. Michael Hudzan and opened in 1994. Please register for this on your NACCAP registration. Cost is to be determined ($40-50 green fees paid upon arrival at course).
Yes. You can visit Bethel’s own Sufficient Grounds Coffeehouse located on the northeast end of campus. Sufficient Grounds offers a full line of hot and cold beverages including flavored lattes, hot chocolate, espresso, ice cream drinks, iced mochas, fruit smoothies and Big Train Ice Rages. For those partial to their morning Starbucks run, you can find it just minutes away on North Main Street in Mishawaka.
