Sponsorship Opportunities

We want to thank you for an interest in sponsoring portions of the NACCAP Conference. You help make this conference great for many! Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities. We do not have a set price for some of them, but hope that you will give what you think is appropriate for each item and some prices are negotiable. If you want a specific figure, please do not hesitate to contact . Thank you so much for you consideration and making this conference truly unique. All sponsorship opportunities must be received by April 16, 2010.

Conference Booklets

These will include the all conference information

• Starting price $500 up to any amount you wish to donate
• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website, you will be able to upload your logo to the website
• Sponsors name will be placed in the booklet in the sponsor section

Simply Celebrating Picnic, Tuesday, June 6, 3:30-7pm

Birthday Cake/Cupcakes $250

• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Table top sign with sponsors name

Live music/quartet $250

• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsors name will be placed next to event on schedule
• Name will be placed on poster for event

NACCAP Banquet: at Amish Acres

Banquet: $1000

Transportation to and from event: $500

• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsors name will be placed next to event on schedule
• Stage recognition at dinner

High School Counselor Reception $400

• Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsor name will be placed on table at event with logo
• Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event

GAP (Graduate and Adult Professionals) Reception $400

• Sponsor name will be placed on table at event
• Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event

Club NACCAP: (sponsor costs start at $300)

• Sponsor name will be announced from stage during event
• Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event
• Sponsorship can go toward snacks and/or prizes

Conference Breaks (3) June, 7 (morning and afternoon and/or June 8):

$300-$700 each

• Sponsor name and logo will be placed on conference website

Keynote speaker sponsorship opportunities are available for any amount. Please contact NACCAP for further details.

NACCAP Games, Prizes and T-Shirts: (RESERVED)

• Sponsors name and logo will be listed on conference website
• Sponsor logo (one color), and Simply Christian logo, will be placed on the shirt.
• Sponsor will have opportunity to pass out choice of prizes to top 3 teams from stage (either at the end of the games, during an information gathering session or at final keynote address).
• Sponsors name will be placed on schedule next to event

5K Run: (cost includes prize for winner and donation price to be determined by sponsor)

• Sponsors will be responsible for prizes for top female and male runners
• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsors name will be placed on schedule next to event

Free Time

• Golf Scramble Awards (sponsors choice) Blackthorn Golf Course, $250
• Notre Dame Tour Sponsorship $100
• Community Service Transportation $100

Worship Band for entire conference

Lanyards/nametags (NACCAP or conference info will be placed on items)

Pens (NACCAP or conference info will be placed on items)

$200-$500

• Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
• Sponsors name will be mentioned in conference booklet as thank you

As with any conference, we welcome your give-a-ways that you wish to include in the welcome packets. If you plan to donate items for the welcome packets (notepads, pens, tissues, toys, calendars, etc.) please contact krista@naccap.org or call 888-423-2488 for specific numbers on attendees and the item you wish to donate.
