Sponsorship Opportunities
We want to thank you for an interest in sponsoring portions of the NACCAP Conference. You help make this conference great for many! Below is a list of sponsorship opportunities. We do not have a set price for some of them, but hope that you will give what you think is appropriate for each item and some prices are negotiable. If you want a specific figure, please do not hesitate to contact krista@naccap.org. Thank you so much for your consideration and making this conference truly unique.
All sponsorship opportunity requests must be received by April 15, 2011.
As with any of our conferences, these costs are just estimates, and we would gladly take any amount you wish to donate.
NACCAP Banquet
- $1000 (5 opportunities)
- $1500 (5 opportunities)
- $2000 (5 opportunities)
- $3000 (3 opportunities)
- $4000 (3 opportunities)
Based on your dollar amount given, you can choose to have your funds go directly to the banquet, or opt for a special opportunity such as: having a penguin walk around, have a sea lion come say hi or even a walrus. To have Shamu be a part of our dinner, please contact krista@naccap.org directly for the pricing.

High School Counselor Reception $200
- Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsor name will be placed on table at event with logo

GAP (Graduate and Adult Professionals) Reception $200
- Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsor name will be placed on table at event with logo
- Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event
- Sponsorship will go toward snacks and/or prizes
Club NACCAP (sponsor costs start at $300)
- Sponsor name will be announced from stage during event
- Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event
Conference Breaks (2) June 6 and/or June 7
$300-$700 each
- Sponsor name will be placed on table
- Sponsor name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsor name will be placed on schedule next to event
Keynote Speakers
- Keynote speakers will be starting at $500 and go up from there. There will be four keynote speakers this year, ranging in cost. Any amount is greatly appreciated.

- Thank you to sponsor to be given during introduction of Keynote
Club NACCAP Shining Moments
Sponsorship includes:
- Prizes of top winners
- Opportunity to show short video or speak from the stage
- Sponsors Name and Logo to be placed on Conference Website
- Sponsors Name and Logo to be placed in Conference Booklet (if sponsorship is placed before April 15th)
5K Run (cost includes prize for winner and donation price to be determined by sponsor) $100
- Sponsors will be responsible for prizes for top female and male runners
- Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsors name will be placed on schedule next to event
Lanyards/nametags (NACCAP or conference info will be placed on items) $200-$500
- Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsors name will be mentioned in conference booklet as thank you
Pens (NACCAP or conference info will be placed on items) $200-$500
- Sponsors name and logo will be placed on Conference website
- Sponsors name will be mentioned in conference booklet as thank you
- If Sponsor wants to donate pens for the conference, please contact krista@naccap.org
As with any conference, we welcome your give-a-ways that you wish to include in the welcome packets. If you plan to donate items for the welcome packets (notepads, pens, tissues, toys, calendars, etc.) please contact krista@naccap.org or call 888-423-2488 for specific numbers on attendees and the item you wish to donate.
